So You’ve Just Been Ditched? What You Must Not Do.
If you’ve just been given the flick, try not to stress out. People who panic tend to behave in silly ways. There are lots of mistakes you can make with your ex that will push them further away.
Don’t call too soon after being dumped. Your lost love really doesn’t want to hear from you right now. Show them respect and give them some space.
Keep away from texting your ex. Hide your cell phone if necessary. Constantly sending text messages will definitely do more harm to your relationship than good
Don’t act all ‘poor me, look what youve done to me’. Constantly telling them how lonely and miserable you are is not going to attract them back to you. They will just end up looking at you with disdain.
Whatever you do, don’t front up yo your ex and start a big fight with them. While you stand there yelling, your lost love will be waiting for you to leave…forever.
Insisting to your ex that they have just made a huge mistake is only going to aggravate them and make things a lot worse.
Why would you think your opinion even matters to them right now? Once again, you are just giving them a reason to believe they were right to break up with you.
Do not try and contact their relatives or friends. This is truly one really bad mistake and can drive your ex away from you forever.
Don’t go to places where you know your ex is likely to be unless they know you will show up. Even though you can try and pass it off as a coincidence, people won’t buy it. If you aren’t careful people will see you as an obsessed stalker.

Other symptoms can include a feeling of being extremely “high” or intoxicated with things seeiming unreal or surreal. You may even feel that you are going to die.
Anxiety disorders including panic attacks have now become so prevalent that there are now thousands of people seeking treatment for their anxiety.
There are a variety of treatments available for controlling panic attacks, including medications, and behavioral techniques including relaxation techniques and gradually increasing exposure to situations that may have previously caused anxiety.
It is not uncommon for people to spend many months having therapy sessions to overcome their panic attacks. Unfortunately, very often these people experience only a minor improvement in their anxiety symptoms. Prescribed medications often have nasty side effects, but patients must keep taking them otherwise the panic attacks start again.
Fortunately, if you want to discover cures for panic attacks there is a radical new treatment released recently that is unlike anything that is available today.
